Fees & Pricing
Notary and Apostille Prices
We offer some of the most cost-effective notary and Apostille services in London, with convenient offices in Tooting and Knightsbridge. Our pricing is fair, transparent, and competitive, ensuring you receive professional service at reasonable rates.
We cannot offer fixed fees until we have sight of the documents and are aware of the scope of the work involved.
We reserve the right to discard the below mentioned fee structures if we are met with unusual or extensive notarial requests.
For a fixed quote kindly send the documents in question to us; they can either be emailed or sent via whatsapp and we will be in touch with a fixed quote.
Please note that the below fees are estimates based on one signatory attending the appointment in person and one document; additional fees will apply to additional attendees/documents.
Notary Fees
- Simple documents, ID and educational documents: £50 – £80
- Complex documents and legal documents (such as Powers of Attorney and Company Documents): £80 – £200.
Bulk discounts: Additional documents are usually charged at a reduced price, eligibility for a bulk discount depends on the complexity of the work involved.
Apostille Fees
(Standard Service – approx. 7 working days)
- Apostille only: From £100-£120.
- Notary and Apostille combined: Starting From £140 per document.
Express Apostille Service
(approx. 2 working days)
Our faster apostille service has additional fees and will need to be discussed with the notary.
Bulk Discounts
Additional documents are usually charged at a reduced price; this can also be applied to multiple apostilles too. Eligibility for a bulk discount depends on the complexity of the work involved.
Document Preparation
We can also assist with preparing or drafting documents such as certificates declarations and affidavits where required. Please note that we do not draft legal deeds, last wills or contracts.
The fees are calculated at an hourly rate of £250 per hour including notarisation (but excluding Apostille) with the minimum fee payable being £150.
Out-Call Appointments & Weekend Appointments:
Out call and weekend appointments incur additional fees; these will need to be discussed with the notary. Out-Call appointments are generally location dependent and the proximity to our offices.

Tooting Office or Knightsbridge Office
This allows us to:
- Review your documents in advance.
- Provide you with a finalised quote.
- Advise you of any specific requirements ahead of your appointment.
Appointments are often available within 1–2 working days, and in some cases on the same day if we receive the documents in the morning.
